The Experience
Royle Security was established in 1997 by Father and Son Mike and Jason Royle. Prior to this Mike spent 29 years as a police officer with Greater Manchester Police, the last eight of these as a Home Office trained Crime Prevention Officer. In 2008 Phil Allingan, who has many years experience in growing and running successful businesses, bought a majority interest in Royle Security with a view to growing the business into a national operation.

The Business
The Royle Security franchise can be operated from home by one person (male or female), a couple or as a management franchise employing other people, although all our assumptions and projections are based on one person working from home on their own. Our franchisees supply and install four main products:-

• Home safety system
• CCTV systems
• Door entry
• Security Lighting

The Support
We take the responsibility of supporting our franchisees very seriously and have put in place an experienced team to ensure our franchisees receive quality help and advice in running their business. You are in business ‘for yourself but not by yourself’. This team is headed by Roy Hayes, our Franchise Director. Roy has many years experience of running businesses and in particular sales and marketing and is 100% focused on ensuring that our franchisees are successful.

The Royle Security franchise is designed for the 21st century with modern management, operational systems and sales and marketing methods to allow our franchisees to get up and running as quickly and confidently as possible.

• Comprehensive residential training course covering all the aspects of the Royle Security systems, management systems, sales and marketing techniques
• 5 day EAL domestic electrical installer training course giving you a professional qualification to be able to install all the systems you will supply. Our training provider has a 100% pass rate
• Head office accounts service including production of all invoices and collection of monies leaving you to concentrate on building your business
• Branded laptop loaded with everything you need to run your business successfully
• Hosted email service. Your own roylesecurity.com email address with internet based access to Microsoft outlook for emails, diary, reminders etc and full access to the Royle Security intranet to ensure first class communication
• Complete business stationery package including letterheads, business cards, order forms etc.
• Complete tool and corporate work wear package. Everything you need to safely and professionally install and service your clients and look great doing it.
• Use of the Royle Security trading name and our accreditations which allows you to quote for government, local authority, commercial and domestic contracts.
• Full livery of vehicle
• Complete marketing package, full colour leaflets etc.
